Privacy Policy

Last modified: August 4, 2026  ·  Nearfront / Nubravo, LLC

Nearfront, operating as Nubravo, LLC ("Company," "Nearfront," "We," "Us," or "Our"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy ("Policy"). This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit nearfront.com or use any related applications, dashboards, client portals, or services (collectively, the "Services"), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Information We Collect

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Services, including:

We collect information directly from you when you book a call, request a demo, create an account, or communicate with us; automatically through cookies and server logs (see "Cookies and Tracking Technologies" below); and from third parties when you connect integrations (Google, Meta, POS providers, listings platforms, and other authorized partners).

How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose information we collect to:

SMS Consent and Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our public marketing website (nearfront.com) uses cookies that are strictly necessary to serve the pages, plus Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to measure aggregate usage: pages viewed, traffic sources, and clicks on actions such as booking a call or tapping our phone number. Google Analytics sets cookies that begin with _ga. We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels, Google Signals (ads personalization) is disabled, and analytics data is retained for 14 months before automatic deletion.

We also use RB2B, a business visitor identification service, which uses cookies, device identifiers, and IP addresses to identify the businesses visiting our website and, for visitors located in the United States, may identify the individual visitor (for example name, company, business email address, and LinkedIn profile) so that our team can follow up with relevant businesses. RB2B does not run on client reporting pages. You can opt out of this identification at any time at app.retention.com/optout or by contacting [email protected].

Within our authenticated application and dashboards (app.nearfront.com), we use essential cookies (login sessions, preferences, security) and analytics cookies (usage measurement) to operate and improve the Services. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings.

Third-Party Services on This Website

Some pages rely on third-party services that may set their own cookies and process limited information under their own privacy policies: Google Calendar appointment scheduling (used to book calls and audits), RedCircle (used to embed the SEO Rockstars podcast player on our podcast page), Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (Google LLC; usage measurement as described in "Cookies and Tracking Technologies" above, see the Google Privacy Policy), RB2B (business visitor identification, as described above), and Resend (delivers audit request form submissions to our inbox). Links to external platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and LinkedIn are also governed by those providers' policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the data practices of these third parties.

Accessing Google Accounts

If you connect Google services to your Nearfront account, we use Google OAuth for secure authentication. We request only the permissions needed to provide the features you enable. We access only the minimum data necessary, do not use Google data for advertising targeting, and do not allow humans to review Gmail data except with your explicit consent. You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings.

Your Choices

California and Regional Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California or other states with applicable privacy laws (CO, CT, UT, VA), you may request information about categories of personal information collected, access or deletion of your personal information, and opt-out from certain processing where legally applicable. Submit requests to [email protected].

Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to secure your information. Data is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) where supported. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

Data Retention

We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to provide and improve our Services, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain required business records. When no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or de-identify information where feasible.

Children Under 13

Our Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we may have such information, contact us at [email protected].

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last modified" date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
